An 11- year old girl in Cleveland, TX was gang raped by up to 28 men over the Thanksgiving holiday, and now, she is the one coming under attack in her community and in the media.
The assaults happened Nov. 28 after a 19-year-old with prior drug convictions persuaded the young girl to leave her house and go “riding around” with him and two other young men, according to a Cleveland police officer’s sworn statement.
They first went to the blue house, where she was ordered to disrobe. If she refused, the statement said, she was warned other girls would beat her up and she would never get a ride back home.
Soon she was having sex with multiple young men there, the statement said. Someone used a phone to invite four more men, who soon arrived.
Not long afterward, the group fled through a back window when they heard a relative of one of the teens arriving at the blue house. The 11-year-old left behind her bra and panties as the group moved to the nearby abandoned trailer, where the assaults continued. As the men had sex with the girl, others used their cell phones to take photographs and video, police said.Over the next two days, the recordings went viral around school. One student who recognized the girl and several of the young men, including star athletes, in the videos, alerted school authorities and triggered the investigation. SOURCE
Having sex with an eleven year old is WRONG. I do not care if she “asked for it”. I do not care if she has had sex partners previously. I don’t care if she “looks like she is grown”. I don’t care if she is “fast”. She is eleven, and if a teenage boy or a grown a** man has sex with her, he is a rapist and a child molester. There is a reason that a child is not able, according to the law, to consent to participate in sexual activities. A child’s mind is not capable of using the same decision making process as an adult.
This story is about a little girl who was raped by up to 28 teen boys and grown men. Yet, the members of her local community AND the media seem to want to make this story more about what SHE and her parents supposedly did wrong.
CLEVELAND – All Maria wanted was to see her 11-year-old daughter.
Weeks ago, the girl had been hushed away to a “safe house” for her own protection – after the phone calls started, and the disturbing, sexually explicit videos began surfacing in this town of 9,000 about 50 miles north of downtown Houston.
Seventeen men and boys, including a middle school student and adults in their 20s, have been charged with sexually assaulting Maria’s daughter, a sixth-grader, in a dingy trailer. That number could grow to 28.
Last week, while hospitalized for an illness, Maria finally received a brief visit from the girl.
“My daughter was crying and crying and hugging on me,” Maria said. “She didn’t want to leave. She misses her family and wants to come home.”
But the family’s tiny gray wooden home off a long, dark forested road on the outskirts of town is no longer considered safe for the 11-year-old. Child Protective Services put the girl in a foster home for her protection and restricted her family from even speaking to her, the family said.
Local officials say the attack has devastated this close-knit community, leaving many to wonder who will be charged next. There’s talk that a star athlete at Cleveland High School was seen sexually assaulting the girl on the video. The son of a local school board member is involved, too.
Someone has been making phone calls to Maria’s house. Police fear they’re coming from people seeking retribution.
“They keep calling and asking for her,” said Maria, whose last name is not being printed to protect her daughter’s identity. “They don’t believe me when I say she’s not here and cuss us out. They’re trying to find her. This is the time when she needs us the most.” SOURCE
Now, there are several issues in this story that pop out at me. First of all, the Cleveland community seems to feel more empathy for the men and boys who assaulted this little girl then they do for the child who was raped. The boys and men are described according to their ties to the community… “a star athlete” and “the son of a local school board member”. And as for the little girl? Well, the writer is careful to point out that a local resident mentions that the little girl looked older than her age, because of her long hair and makeup. Another resident blamed the little girl’s parents, asking “Where were they when this girl was seen wandering at all hours with no supervision and pretending to be much older?” A better question would be “What sort of teenage boy or grown man thinks it is OK to have sex with a child?” Later in the article, the writer mentions that the girl talks about “drinking, smoking and sex” on her Facebook page, as if that makes her rape more acceptable.
Now, even if this child DID look older than her years, there was no way to mistake her actual age. This is a town of 9,000, which has been described as “close knit”. These boys and men were familiar with this little girl. They had to have known she was only eleven. Apparently, they just did not care.
It seems to me like this whole town is sick. Not only did up to 28 boys and men believe that is was OK to rape a little girl, but the video they took of the event went viral at the local high school. And now the little girl is facing threats from community members? This is victim blaming at its worst.
An article that ran in the New York Times (which later apologized after public pressure) was even worse in its expression of empathy for the perpetrators and its use of “blame the victim” tactics:
The case has rocked this East Texas community to its core and left many residents in the working-class neighborhood where the attack took place with unanswered questions. Among them is, if the allegations are proved, how could their young men have been drawn into such an act?
“It’s just destroyed our community,” said Sheila Harrison, 48, a hospital worker who says she knows several of the defendants. “These boys have to live with this the rest of their lives.”….
…..Residents in the neighborhood where the abandoned trailer stands — known as the Quarters — said the victim had been visiting various friends there for months. They said she dressed older than her age, wearing makeup and fashions more appropriate to a woman in her 20s. She would hang out with teenage boys at a playground, some said.
“Where was her mother? What was her mother thinking?” said Ms. Harrison, one of a handful of neighbors who would speak on the record. “How can you have an 11-year-old child missing down in the Quarters?” SOURCE
“How could their young men have been drawn into such an act?” Wow, “drawn into”… as if they were unwilling participants in the rape of this child. Is the writer trying to say that, somehow, this little girl did SOMETHING that caused these young men to victimize her? Did this CHILD entice a group of older teens and grown a** men into raping her? Why is the reporter trying to frame the story in a way that makes it seem like the men are the victims instead of the perpetrators?
Now, I have to wonder how differently this story would be described if this had involved a little white girl? I am confident that the entire country would be up in arms about this story, and no mention would be made about the girl looking and acting older. No one would be describing her Facebook comments. She would be portrayed as a sweet innocent child who was unfairly taken advantage of. Why is this child not getting the same treatment? Just another example of how nonwhite girls and women are seen as being overly sexual beings that do not deserve to be afforded the same respect as white females.
I know some members of the community believe that the boys and men involved in this assault are being unfairly targeted by law enforcement because they are young Black men. Because, as we all know, Black men ARE commonly victims of overzealous police determined to keep Black men behind bars. But, in this case, these young men ARE NOT innocent victims of the system. They were videotaped having sex with a child. They spread this video throughout the entire town. They are not being randomly targeted for harassment by police. They did immeasurable harm to a little girl who deserved a hell of a lot better.
This child deserves much more from the people who live in her community. She does not deserve to be forced out of her own home out of concern for her safety. She does not deserve to be labeled as anything other than an innocent child who was victimized by older boys and men who decided that they were going to use and abuse her, and discard her when they were done. I wish I could give this little girl back her lost innocence. Since I cannot, I can only offer my sincere wish that she is able to recover from this trauma and become a strong young lady.

My heart goes out to that little girl and her family. It is sad and digusting that a community would defend 28 men because they are a star basketball player or a son of board men. Then the fact that they put the blame on an eleven year girl sickens me even more. What is the world coming to?
Ain’t no happy ending in this one. I’m not sure how you get over being raped by 30 people. You don’t need to ask what would happen if 30 black men raped an 11 year old white girl. The Klan would be out in full force and niggas would be getting all types of charges. We’d be reading about the innocence of her and how, even with the same attributes, someone would attribute them to her just pretending and that they should’ve still been cognizant of the fact she was 11. Black people don’t mean shit to mainstream America.
smh
Not sure how this became a “if she was white it would be different issue?” Those are black people talking about how the girl “asked for it” and they would say the same if she was white. Furthmore, there was a whole group of white people that spoke out in support of the little girl in an article not mentioned in this blog. This isn’t about race, but since you go there, why don’t you ask how would the parents of those boys feel if a little 11 year old black girl was raped? It is sad that we are still divided, justifing and questioning horrific acts with the color of skin…This would be wrong no matter how you mixed color into it, twist and what if, this is so sad. As a mother I fear for my young daughters, I fear all, because it is not the race that make the choice it is the person…Judging a man by the content of his character, not the color of his skin. There were grown men sharing an 11 year old girl with 14 year old boys…that is never ok, never…I am sad that after 100 years we have gotten no further than this. Should I teach my children to be ashamed of the fact that they are white? Should I tell them they are bad people because of the color of their skin? They sure hear it in the classroom and from their peers that white people are bad. My daughter told some kids that using the N word is bad no matter the color of your skin; she got labeled as a racist for tell her peers to have more respect for each other than that. Should I teach her that some certain races can speak freely, while she should keep her mouth shut? What would you suggest for me as a parent…Should I teach my child that she is accountable for the action of people that lived before her time, my time and my parents time? I would never do that because she is my baby and I want her to love herself, because she is a good person. I tell her, she will be judge by her actions, and I think that is what all parents should do. There are alot of parents, irregardless of race, that turn a blind eye to the difference between right and wrong where their children are concerned and instead blame outside forces. How sad for our society that anyone get a free pass from such a horrific crime for any reason. For the record, I think blacks and Hispanics are beautiful people, I truely do, I often wish I was not so pasty looking. It is sad that any race be judged by the actions of a few.
You: Not sure how this became a “if she was white it would be different issue?
Author: Now, I have to wonder how differently this story would be described if this had involved a little white girl?
That should answer your question.
2ndly, nobody is telling you to be ashamed of being white. Nor should you teach your children the same. But whenever these stories pop up, race most assuredly plays a factor into how it is covered, the responses that people give, and how the information is consumed. That’s not me being racist, that’s just the way it is. Perhaps I should see it the way you see it, without race being involved. Unfortunately, my life as a black man in America will not allow that.
I see her point and I’m a black man. Obama and his goofy policies have pulled the scab off a problem that was beginning to heal. Many Black people are psychologically sick, as are many others that feel they have been disproportionately mistreated. Take the color out of this and see if you can see how anyone the ages of these people could do this to a person the age of this child; don’t be a “black man” in this matter. Just be a “sane” man. Or just be quiet, because as you know, it is bad enough being a black man in this society, without letting everyone know that you have also lost your mind.
The Klan did show up, but not in full force, as you mention: It was at a rally that Quannell X had been invited to speak at, by a local minister of the black community (you think this wasn’t a joke). The Klan showed up, either, in support of a little Hispanic girl or to show Quanell X , he was not the only “klan” member there. It is not Black people, as you commented, who, “Don’t mean shit to mainstream America”, it is the ones who, obviously, prefer to be called “Nigga” and have the “Nigga” mentality. America does not like rapists, no matter the color: It is sickening, I worked at the high school where these guys went to school; it is a disturbing thought, most of these guys referred to one another as “Niggas”. I was, constantly, telling them not to refer to one another like this, because it makes them sound so uneducated, and opened the door allowing everyone else to call them tthe same. Additionally, the majority of the “White” citizens, of Cleveland, are outraged and shocked about this; and, support this little girl.
The assault on the 11-year-old girl should never be described as “having sex,” as it has been called numerous times here and in the article quoted. It was rape.
A G R E E D.
A friend of mines in Houston, actually brought this story to my attention before it became national news. And ever since we’ve been discussing it at length, and failing to have any clue as to how anyone could come to the defense of the “alleged” perpetrators. Our resounding sentiment, if it were a blood relative who got rapped up in something so heinous… it would not matter. You did it, you deserve to get whatever punishment is handed your way. PERIOD.
The mere thought that at least 50% (from what I’ve heard in various reports), of the town is on some, “it was the girls fault” type of thinking, is frighteningly amazing. At the end of the day, she was 11. My extended family is from a small town in NC. And in those types of locales, SOMEBODY knows you. Either directly or indirectly via another relative. IF (not saying she did), she was dressed in appropriately, make-up and the whole nine… she’s still 11. And any sexual act is out of the question. Let alone, calling more “males” (because there isn’t a MAN, in this group), to come and join in with what amounts to nothing short of rape. For the victim’s sake, this case needs to be tried in a city… because if it happens in Cleveland, I can almost guarantee you that these “males” will get off scott-free.
And to piggy-back off of the writer of this piece. Had she been white, this article would not have been written. Because they all would have been tried-convicted-and-probably hung by now. Let’s keep it real. Tragic.

Well I don’t know about others who have mentioned race. But speaking for where my mind was when I made mention of that… had the little girl been white, ONE, the story would have made national news immediately. If she was white, this story would live on and in the national media. Not simply as an online story. And lastly, we would not be talking about this case, because it would be done with and decided by now. That’s where I am with that mentioning.
Everything about this case is funky. The crime is frighteningly heinous, like I said before. The people in the town that are blaming the girl are eerily delusional. And to be completely honest, the whole matter should be done with by now. Round up all the guilty parties, get’em in the court room, convict them and give them what they have coming their way. Even though if I were to have any say, once you prove who was involved, there would be no trial, just get straight to the punishment.
I can’t speak for others, but I know I brought any mentioning of race into the equation well after I responded to the story, as an aside. Here’s another throw-in I’ll give you in addition to if her race was different. If this took place in a major city or in a major suburb up north… we probably would not be talking about this either. Yet because the girl was hispanic, in a small town, in the deep south where the majority if not all abusers were black… it gets the coverage that it has gotten. More intense media coverage would force those in power to move more swiftly in response to this case. But it is what it is, so all we can do is hope that justice is served and that the overall well-being of the girl is addressed and catered to, best help her to cope and heal.
Long reply short, this story is not about race. BUT, for those not afraid to discuss race and its apparent existence in today’s society in the way some things play out… you get what I’m saying. So the white people in the community like most sensible individuals are in support of the girl. Good that’s great. But that’s not enough to get the story the consistent national coverage needed to make sure justice is served. That’s all I’m saying.
i actually wish i never heard of this backwards ass town with their backwards ass people. eff national coverage. the people there probably know what happened hopefully their town can pull it together and figure out there shortcomings so something like this doesnt happen again and i know it was the kids who acted but seriously with so many people involved it seems systemic, almost like catholic preists or something albeit one instance rather than over time so im inclined to condemn that whole daggone community especially considering the reaction
I’m appalled that this is becoming a race issue…this is about adult and adolescent males, who KNOWINGLY, WILLINGLY AND INTENTIONALLY raped or looked on and some even video taped (sickening and disgusting) a female getting raped and are just as guilty!! She could be 20, 30, 50, or 80…she was GANG RAPED by males (who cares if they are white, black or hispanic) it truly doesn’t matter what the race or ethnicity is of either party….and the only reason the blacks in the community and Mr. X are upset is because of the comments of some racist whites in the community who are saying “lets kill them all, lets kill all the n…….” and those whites are only seeking to add fuel to the fire and they just need to be ignored or silenced by some sort of harassment charges. The racist whites need to stay out of it, the victim-blaming blacks in the community need to put themselves in the mother and child’s shoes and realize that no one deserves to be violated no matter your age, your race, your dress, or your behavior– RAPE IS WRONG AND THE PERPETRATORS WILL BE PUNISHED TO THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE LAW–AND IF THE LAW DOES NOT PUNISH THEM ACCORDINGLY, THEN SURELY, GOD WILL GIVE THEM EXACTLY WHAT THEY DESERVE. MAY GOD BLESS THE VICTIM AND HER FAMILY AND PROTECT AND GUIDE THEM AND OPEN THE EYES OF A BLIND COMMUNITY THAT IS BLAMING A VICTIM!!
The “racist” white people that you speak of would be The KKK, they are the ones that were saying those things during a rally with Quannell X. What do you expect? What do you think Quannell X was doing, putting the fire out? Please! The parents of these “alleged” rapist wanted Quannell X to come to Cleveland: How stupid was this? They knew exactly what would happen when this decision was made. You want to blame race for this, then you blame, “those” racist black people, who thought, by inviting someone who epitimizes racism, to rally for them, this would help their plight in anyway. You cannot blame the Klan for this one, you can blame the parents and supporters (the majority of these are black) of these 19 black men, and juveniles, Quannell X and people like you. You are the ones “adding fuel to the flames”. You have the audacity to make this statement . “You are appalled that this is becoming a race issue”, this coming from someone who makes a comment such as “these racist whites need to stay out of it”. What a hyprocrit! My God open the eyes of every
FYI: This did make national news coverage!
“These boys have to live with this the rest of their lives.”….
That statement just made me sick to my stomach. How did these guys become the victims?? I don’t care if she was walking around the neighborhood in nothing but a thong, an eleven year old is not someone you have sex with, much less call in your boys to participate. I can’t…
i have purposely avoided reading about this story. i read it today b/c i felt i could handle the short commentaries usually posted on here. my heart goes to out to the little girl and i pray that at some point in her life she receives counseling to help her deal with whatever emotional scars this will / has produce in her life. my heart also goes out to her family as well. as for the males, i agree with MrRLW no men in this, i hope they rot in prison. i used to believe in the death penalty until i began to realize how much more of a punishment it is for a person to have to sit and think on a daily base what landed them in prison.
What’s the shock and pretense about? It is unlikely this would be a first time the girl displayed sign of lewdness. Why should an 11 year old girl have 19 year old male friends. Oddly enough her mother must be some commendable matriarch.
I’m curious as to your position on this manner. Would you care to clarify?
she was in middle school barely mature probably barely begun pruberty. i have a 7th grade sister who looks mature for her age. high school guys try to talk to her & her friends even though you can tell they are young! these men didnt care bout her age either! they know 18 is the legal age! if she 11 there is no way she looks legal! they are weak & choose a young girl knowing how naive she was.
And you, I suppose, must have enlightened your young ones that it is wrong for her to fall victim to their advances. I believe you’ve invested time in esteeming your younger ones’ sense of self-worth so she doesn’t feel a need for older mens’ approval.
Shame, well worse, on the men who (sadly, there’ll be a number on here) think it’s appropriate to banter younger CHILDREN. She dresses/talks/looks/smells/thinks/talks/eats/drinks more mature than her age is bullcrap.
@Garfeld no girl wakes up, gets lured to a trap house (why/what’s attracting you there) to be gang raped by 15 guys. At 11 don’t you feed/dress yourself? You’re exiting childhood my friend. There’s no side to take. Once again, foolishness has reared its ugly head, the supposed older ones have failed once more, and a child is left to the natural foolishness of her young heart.
@Michael. We cannot know what was going through her mind at the time. Based on the threats toward her if she left during the rape, who knows if there was more to it prior to the act. I am not sure what her home or community life is like but children tend to act the way they grew up if you know what I mean. Regardless if she was half naked & literally asking for it bottom line is she is 11. A mature, mentally stable man – even boy – would know that is wrong. Anyone who defends these deviants really need to seek counseling. We are discrediting a 11 yr old for how she dresses but what about the “basketball star” or the “son of a city councilman” behavior? Oh my – their reputation is now tarnished because an 11 yr old enticed them to have sex with her? Why is it so easy to blame the woman, or should I say girl.
@Michael – I hope that you never procreate.
amen. Seriously Michael. God forbid you ever have children and think it is normal for an 11 year old to engage in any type of Sexual activity. Your disgusting. Point blank period.
AMEN!
Michael…you should be ashamed of yourself! Stop blaming the victim. She is still just a little girl, even if she looked/acted older.
Crazy all 28 of these dudes need to put under the jail and beaten every day for the rest of their lives. There is NO excuse for grown men to have sex with an eleven year old girl. wish one of my friends/acquaintances/family members/cat on the street/ect. would call me to join in running a train on a child. I’d turn every one of those ninjas myself. Who gets that phone call sees the girl and decides the cool thing to do is participate?
I can’t believe people are defending these dudes. They should have to live with this till death because they helped ruin this young girl’s life. Truly tragic.
I am with you bruh…how do you convince your homeboys to dig up in a little girls guts
Guy 1: Yo cuz, we running a Tree at my crib.
Guy 2: On Who?
Guy 1: On this 11 year old…but she bad though in an high school way though
Guy 2: Oh she look like she in high school? Ok cool I’m down! lead the Way…
These brothas have low-self worth to even be dirty mackin’ like that….11!! Wow!!
Most brothas do.
yes it is very sad….i think laws are to light …for heavy crime an to hard on petty stuff, ,aka,,,weed….theses guys need there junk cut off….its wrong no matter what …color .dress, look, she is just learning life and evil sickos preyed apon her like a weak baby animal…they are beasts…i would not shed a tear to put a bullet in the back of all there domes! put the finger down! enough is enough.
they punks
this story is so wack. 31 lives ruined and an entire race set back 50 years. jfc. how does something like this happen? were it one of my cousins or sisters etc etc i would be ready to kill somebody/people
Only one life got ruined and that was the life of the child. She didn’t asked to be brutalized by A **holes who knew better. Sixteen years old is the youngest I have read so far and he was a young adult. There were no victims here but the child.
I do agree that we are being set back 50 years by black trash.
who said anything about victims? .its a waste of humanity
I beg to differ the lives of these boys/mens familys are also affected. How would you feel knowing your son/brother, cousin or whatever participated in such a lude act on a child. My heart goes out to the little girl and the families of all involved. This little girl has to live with this rape for the rest of her life and the families of the males have to deal with what went wrong in these males life to make them think that rape of any female at any age is right.
exactly. alot of effort went into raising these kids. families, neigbors, friends etc all put time into these people and it was wasted. these kids werent raised in a vacuum.
you must be joking, how the hell can you say that and actually have pride in that?
you need help
This is really sad and disgusting. Those ppl are deeply and truly sick.
The child was the only victim here. Every last one of them need to be executed because crimes like these are absolutely savage. It is along the lines of cannibalization, murder, etc. If they will gang rape one little girl then they will gang rape any little girl.
I agree with bitter black dude that we are being set back 50′s by these crimes. This is why this garbage needs to be executed. It first sends a message to the rest of the garbage that they had not better do these types of crimes because they will pay the ultimate price. It also will weed out this garbage element that has been protected, made excuses for and babied.
We can’t move forward as a race until we get rid of garbage like this. It is absolutely too much of it and it is pulling us further backwards by planet lengths.
executed? Are you seriously using this as a push for capital punishment?
I do. That little girl will never be the same for the rest of her life.
For anyone who has sympathy or sides with the dudes, imagine if it were your sister, cousin, etc.
Why in the @#$% would people bring race into this horrible situation ? she is an 11 yr old child ( black, white, yellow ) who cares about the color ? Bottom line a little girl at a very innocent age had a horrific thing done to her, an 11 YR OLD GIRL people !!! The race card does not fly in this case. I say punish em all to the fullest extent of the law and anyone who does’nt like it more of the same
Here Here….Willy G…tthe race card doesn’t fly at all (Who Cares what ethnicity)! The 11 year old DID NOT have this coming..I don’t care how she dressed, acted, who she hung out with, etc….More to the point..how in the heck do you get 17-28 people to agree to participate in this haneous act! This is utterly mortifying… Each participant should pay to the full extent of the law! Who cares if its a star athlete or city council memebers child – all of these folks should have known better!!!!! This child will never be the same and be affected the remainder of her life!
AMEN. Lets just get to the bottom of this and hope this little girl can lead some kind of normal life
The worst part was “she looked 20.” So it’s okay to gang rape a 20 year old? And what’s with this “black activist” running around collecting money for the rapists’ defense fund? #WhyMustICry
aint no way a 11 year old girl looked 20! there is not an outfit nor makeup she could put on her immature body to make her look like that grown
I’m with you 100% on this being in no way the girls fault. She’s 11 for goodness sake, she’s suppossed to be protected by males in society, not preyed on.
But I’m amazed that the focus on this article is: what if she were white?.
The focus should be: why are excuses being made for these males?.
Easy answer. Because they are black, and the leaders in the black community continue to insist that black males do not have to take responsibility for their actions because 200 years ago there were slaves. Blame it all on white people.
Black males have been throwing black females under the bus for years, and black women have allowed it. Wake up Ladies!!!All those rap stars are making millions of dollars by calling you names and degrading you. But you buy their music and look up to them. They have many children by different moms, and instead of staying away from them, you have another child with them and then wonder why your children are growing up angry. It’s time to face reality. You’re losing too many of your children to violence. The KKK isn’t driving down the streets of Detroit shooting and murdering 10 year old kids.
The little girl in this story is a victim because of her age and being a female, her race has NOTHING to do with it.
really? black leaders? i dont see jesse jackson defending these kids. rather these kids moms and other female family members because they raised theses hoodlums and dont want to beleve they did that bad of a job. oh, them and some dude named quanell x. most men being interviewed are condemning the kids.
bitter black dude: That guy named Quanell X is a black leader for that area, which is exactly my point. I’m sure there are reasons for what these guys were thinking….but ultmately they are responsible for their choices. It doesn’t do anyone any good to move away from that. I agree that most men wouldn’t have had anything to do with this behavior. Its the other ones that make things worse for all of us.
Quannell X is not a black leader for the Cleveland area. The parents of these guys had a pastor invite him to Cleveland. “You are sure there are reasons for what these guys were thinking”. Yeah, like maybe, they were raised to disrespect the female race. Unbelievable!
I sympathize with the girl. I wish she had more attentive parents, and I am glad she has been placed in a foster home where she will have structure and supervision, begin the process of emotional healing and receive psych treatment.
I wish that she was not exploited and violated by her peers and certainly not by adult men. Due to her parents’ neglect and the perpetrators’ callous disregard for her personhood, she is now also a victim of sexual and physical abuse. And, frankly, I would not be surprised, given the circumstances, if she had not also been priorly victimized–possibly by members of her own family.
However, I do not believe the story as it has been presented by the media nor do I believe that all of the men implicated are likely guilty of rape. It just seems like a very transparent witch hunt, and I would be surprised if we ever know the truth of what happened or see justice actually served. I just wanted to point some things out that are not being widely reported (in part, because the media would prefer for droves of Black people to be portrayed as morally corrupt savages).
-These men and boys were not necessarily identified in the recordings.
-People who have seen the recordings or otherwise have knowledge of the incident have reported that there were not even 28 men and boys on the scene.
-Some of the accused are children, just like the girl, and are being charged with “aggravated sexual assault on a child.”
I understand why the community has decided to support these men and boys. While some of these people likely know their loved one is guilty as hell, some may believe their loved ones are innocent and others are unsure and have no way of being sure one way or the other. It would be terrible for an innocent person to undergo the villainization that this entire group is being subjected to right now because the DA is just pushing these charges through for the grand jury to rubber stamp them. Nobody would want that for a child they didn’t know was guilty.
Completely agree.
The community of Cleveland is not supporting these young men and men. I’m not sure where everyone is getting their information; some of the black community is supporting them and I haven’t heard where too many of them are supporting them. You can bet these guys are NOT innocent….sit back and watch. Do a little research, look at their facebook pages, read the articles posted by the Houston Chronicle, about the past crimes of some of these “fine upstanding black guys”. Of course, no one wants to take the time to do this, they would rather “run their mouth” about something they really know nothing about, such as the citizens of Cleveland. Who have you seen taking up for these men? What color have they been? How loud was their mouth and how dumb was their statements? I live in Cleveland, I know these men, as well, as some of their “so called” parents. Some of these guys have children of their own. What does this say about them? This vicious cycle will continue if something is not done. If they are not stopped. I would be willing to bet the ones saying, “if this would have been a white girl”; are black.
Now let’s say you’re right.
And these boys and men raped, this 11 yr old girl, 30 + of them, what do you think possessed them to do it? Are you of the belief that pedophilia is that common, that you could find 30 pedophiles within a small town and no one would have noticed before hand?
All I am saying is we, as a majority, are not blaming this girl or supporting these guys (nineteen, which is sickening enough). Are you under the assumption pedophilia is not that common? Do you think this type of behavior is, confined to Cleveland or rural towns, dear God, it is happening everywhere. Is the rape of a child by one man or woman any less appalling to you? Do I feel the parents of these guys are responsible for their child’s actions: Yes, I do; if they, as parents, have not set an example to teach their sons, morals, self-respect, and respect, it appears this is not the case. Do I feel, this girl’s, parents’ are responsible: For the rape, itself, no. Do I feel they are guilty of neglect: Yes, they knew she was sneaking out and did nothing to stop the child, an eleven-year old girl, their, daughter. They allowed her to be available for this type of treatment. The mother did work at a gaming room, but the dad is on disability, he should have been home assuring his daughter was at home, and, protected, the same applies to the parents of the juvenile boys involved. Parents are suppose to, “lead by example”; I feel, lack of, “good parenting”, has played a vital role as to the raping of this child. Having said this, I do believe, there are those parents, that do absolutely everything correctly and yet, for some reason, they have a child that is “good for nothing, with the exception of a grave”.
As for your comment of, “no one noticing”, if you are insinuating the town of Cleveland knew these nineteen guys were capable of something such as this and just let it happen, then you are mistaken. The parents, of this girl, did not realize anything was wrong with the girl, until they were, told. Yes, they noticed subtle changes but “supposedly” did not know why. Remember, this happened to her on several occasions, you would think, “How this happened, not once, but multiple times”, would be of utmost importance; yet, it seems, many want to overlook this issue: I am not blaming the girl; but this does concern me. I am sorry, but, this, “We would punish her and she would continue to sneak out”, is just not cutting it for me: She was an eleven-year old girl, doing as she pleased. No, these guys did not have the right to rape her; she did not deserve this type of treatment and again, she is not to blame. I am not defending anyone, other than the girl. I am saying, it seems a bit prejudice of us to blame the parents of the guys, then turn around and say, “Yes, her parents might have been negligent and if charges are brought against them, it has nothing to do with this, as it will be a totally different case”. It has everything to do with what has happened here. CPS came and took this girl, per her mother’s interview, for the protections of the child. Additionally, her parents’ are allowed, supervised visits, only, and must complete counseling, before their daughter, will be returned, to them, if she is returned. It sounds as if CPS sees it as a concern.
Does anyone know how this mother is giving interviews, with a gag order issued?
Nah the point of my questions, is this is far more complicated, than you’re making out to be. You only know what you’ve heard from the media, so like most of us here, you really should sit down and wait for the truth to come out, or go down to Cleveland, Texas and run your own investigation.
I must concur with numberfive that the entire town of Cleveland is not supporting or condoning this act. The little girl is a victim of this tragic situation. I also feel sorry for all of the families involved. I am a teacher in Cleveland. This has not been an easy situation for anyone. The girl’s family has been victimized and siblings removed from school because of too much attention; siblings and relatives of the boys have also been taunted and ridiculed, and these kids being teased had nothing to do with any of this. To hear the discussion in the halls, you can tell most of the kids think this was awful on all levels.
I love the children in this town as a whole. I love the people in this town as a whole. And as a whole, they do not condone what happened in this situation.
However, this entire situation is a commentary on the society in which we live. Let’s say race nor age were the issue. Why should any private act like this be videotaped and “viraled” across a community. But things like this are going on everywhere. Parents check your kids’ phones! They are sexting each other on a regular basis. Where is your supervision parents? As a teacher I see this on the front line. I am often parent as much as educator, filling in where parents have been too busy with their own troubles to really think their kids could be involved in something like this. They are. They will be!
One of the best situations I ever witnessed as a teacher was when I was teaching middle school and one of my 13 year old students was being invited to a house party that was being held when another young man’s parents were going out of town and leaving a high school age sibling in charge. When the young man was asked if he wanted to attend, one of the other kids spoke up and said, “He can’t go. His parents would kill him if he was caught.” “Johnny” never had to deal with the peer pressure of the other kids because Johnny’s parents had made their presence known. They were the parents that had the kids over to their house for pizza parties and ping pong. They attended his football games, and their support was known.
Don’t think that this is not happening on some level in your own towns. The rape in this situation was terrible. Nothing about it can be defended, but the town of Cleveland being held up as whole as supporting or condoning this act is ludicrous. However, take the moment to look at what is going on around you. If you want our children to grow up and be morally responsible, you need to be involved with them as parents and as community leaders! Know that as children, they cannot be left to their own devices. They will not make the correct choices unless they are shown what those correct choices are.
I don’t understand how anyone could have sympathy for the 28 BOYS that raped the 11 year old! It doesn’t matter who these boys are, if they committed a crime and they should face the consequences. It always baffles my mind when I hear a story that demonstrates the values of some in this country. People side with rapists over an 11 year old little girl? Really? How does that even happen; is the media to blame for making people really think that sort of thinking is ok?? As @Garfield stated earlier, had this been a white little girl it would be an entirely different story. SMDH!!!
The only difference would be, an eleven-year old, white girl, being raped by nineteen guys. Does it sound any better with the “white” thrown in there versus Hispanic?
I’m appalled by what happened to that little girl. It’s sickening thinking that boys and men behaved the way that they did. I’m just wondering why the attack wasn’t reported immediately. I’ve read that the 11 year old waited until after returning back to school (after the Thanksgiving holiday) to report to a school official that she had been gang-raped. I’ve also read that the pics and vids shot during the attack went viral *very soon after* the attack. WHY DIDN’T SHE REPORT IT SOONER THAN *AFTER* SHE KNEW A LOT OF PEOPLE HAD SEEN THE PICS AND VIDS? That’s just something that always resonated as very strange to me–from the very beginning of the story being reported. I will continue to follow this story closely and am very anxious to know that the perpetrators are given the punishment they deserve.
according to the article she didnt even report it. another student, who saw the video, reported it.
My opinion after reading whatever resources i’ve come across is that the sex was probably consentual and that once video went public and people started asking questions she felt ashamed and lied about the situation.
Additionally, i hate the argument that someone should be able to walk down the street naked and not be harrassed… this is not reality. you live in a fantasy world. I’m sure if i was walking down the street with my dick hanging out of my pants i’d cause a lot more comotion than if it was tucked in. why is that? we’ve all seen penis before right?
Why do women dress sexy with low cut shirts and short skirts? one reason and one reason only… its to attract the opposite sex. Dont read that as asking to get raped. obvioulsly women dont go looking to get raped.. but it doesnt help prevent it either.
this girl’s parents obviously failed. I’m sure this wasnt the first time she went cruising around with much older men, staying out untill all hours of the night, and hanging out in trailer parks.
regardless or consentual or not, what she was or wasnt wearing, or hor she acted… sex with an 11 year old is still rape and each individual involved should be punished accordingly. too bad castration isnt allowed. if the girl had been a relative of mine none of them would still be breathing.
MRX here is a little lesson for you:
Myth: Rape is about sex
Fact: Rape is about the desire’s power and control
Myth: a woman could prevent herself from getting raped if she want to
Fact: in 85% of the cases the perpetrator used physical force first
Myth: Women incite men to rape
Fact: the vast majority of rapes are planned. Rape is the responsibility of rapists alone. Women, children, and men of every age, physical type and demeanor are raped.
Myth: a man who rapes is usually a stranger who unexpectedly jumps from behind a bush
Fact: 73% of rape survivors know their perpetrator
These myths contribute to a culture od victim blaming
@TheRath, it is typical of rape/sexual assault victims, especially children, to not report a rape/assault, due to feelings of shame/guilt (not saying that ANY victim is guilty, but often they do blame themselves sadly), or perhaps threats by the perpetrator. Many people unfortunately don’t understand what a child goes through once he or she has been sexually assaulted. They don’t have the physical or mental maturity to grasp the concept, they can’t brainstorm the options, or even understand that they are not at blame. A lot of people who are sexually abused as children grow up to believe that there is something they could have done to prevent it, when really they couldn’t have. When I first read this story I was appalled by the fact that the offenders are receiving sympathy from people outside of their own families. I understand the denial the families must be experiencing, it’s part of the process, I imagine. But for those not within the family to be donating one cent or to be supporting them? That is FCKED! I thought immediately that they must be uneducated and misogynistic. I have the same questions as slot of other people, “WTf? How can anyone support a rapist? Or blame an 11 year old?” And yes, a lot of people are wondering why he didn’t report it, but it is never easy. It’s easy to blame and to say “she should have…” if they have never lived it.
@Demi — very well put and I really agree with your assessment of what she might have felt and may be going through. It’s terrible to think of what lies ahead in order for justice to be rendered. What other type of defense will there be but to tear her apart her credibility? And how much credibility would such a young girl have? So sad…
I am from Cleveland: and, the only people that, I am aware of, donating, are the ones in attendance at the “rally” with Quannell X. He took up “a collection”. I do not know how much was collected but am willing to guess that is was not very much, though, any amount is too much.
This story is so very sad, it is very sad for this eleven-year old, girl. My heart goes out to both her and her siblings.
Sorry, I meant *a lot of people, and *she didn’t report…
I am surprise that the news media abc cbs nbc did not pick up on this allege rape. So much for news worthy info. How can 28 black rapist be even considered as victims by the liberal media. How would those 28 black man like to victimize by 28 men a piece. Maybe they’ll get there real justice in prison if the the prosecutors has the balls to convict them.
The news media did pick-up on this. How do you think everyone has gotten, this very poor, opinion of the citizens of Cleveland: They read and believe, what has been written, and, listen to and believe, what has been said; therefore, judging the citizens of Cleveland, by a select few of, our, very narrow-minded citizens, interviewed by the media.
Nineteen have been arrested.
I agree with you @TheRath, they will likely try to tear apart her credibility. I hope the prosecution gets good expert witnesses as far as explaining why she went on a “ride” with the one who lured her in, and why she ‘allegedly’ continued to visit that trailer, and why she didn’t report it. The whole thing is just sad. I don’t know what I would do if that were my little sister, cousin, daughter, etc. I know I would want to get rid of them for her, hug her, and tell her that everything is going to be okay, and that I was sorry for anything I might have done to make her world unsafe. I cannot imagine what her family is going through.
What her family is going through? A, sense of guilt, is what the parents should be feeling.
Forgive me for what I am about to say. They need to line these son on b*tches up and shot and or cut their manhood off. How in the hell can you attack and do this to a child. Their is no place in this world for pedophiles and/or sexual deviants who prey on children. Not saying its ok to prey on adults, but come on man not the kids. I would gladly participate in a firing range exercise with these pricks as the targets.
Well, the rest of the country is up in arms about this, even though she is not white. Have you not been reading replies at the sites where you got your information? Funny, because a large precent of blacks are saying that had he boys been white this wouldn’t be such a big deal. Whites are damned either way. And, quiet frankly this white girl is so sick of race cards being thrown in from every direction. It was wrong regardless of her race or theirs. It is shocking, sad and disturbing that while her parents are being scrutinized, the assiliants and the ones who recieved the video had no morals, where were their parents? One lone kid turned it in, kudos to the lone ranger who has some decency about him/her.
I congratulate the person that reported the allege rape. Without this person the perps might still be raping this child. I have no sympaty for the rapists/parents of this allege rape no class no charcter and no morals there must be a lot of incest within there families. As for the low life scumback rapists i hope they get whats coming to them if the prosecutors don’t screw it up and set them free like o.j.
it is a very sad story for an 11 year old girl to have to be put through any form of this action….im so sorry for her an her family…but….i dont care if he was a star football player…a wanna be rapper…a bab daddy at 15yrs old…drug addicts sex offenders..all hanging out…hmmm….so us whit e people say its wrong all the way around…but i have read so many black writers saying its a race think….come on….only ones holding on to that card are the blacks….racist this racist that…..but ya dont wanna see the other side….sad educated black folk cant stand ghettoo black….get over it …the world did…hell hitler did more to jews…cowboys did more to indians…your own people sold yall in like the 1800′s….so get off you pitty me card …support your children…aspire to be more than a fowl mouth punk at the super market…then maybe ya will see the world has no problem with race….black people do…and we dont owe you anything…hurt in this evil world like us all….jeez! again rape is wrong no matter the age,,,or color of victim or sicko!
Hang those bastards. This is wrong in so many levels.
seriously people….we all know all races have their issues….however as the human race we have issues that transcend color, socioeconomic status, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc…yes, as a latina mother in her mid 30′s, with a black husband, a biracial child, in a blended family; and at least a b.s. under my belt…i can safely say that it’s bad enough to be date raped in your mid 20′s by a young man who’s seemingly well put-together WHILE YOUR 2 YR OLD SON SITS IN THE NEXT ROOM. why didn’t i go forward with this, why didn’t i report this to the police, or take justice onto my own hands? why? because i voluntarily visited the “pretty snake” in his hole, while sipping on some sy-sir (one glass of wine) and also due to the manner in which i was raped….my son was in the next room! i couldn’t fight this guy–though i tried– from lifting my dress up and putting his tongue on me when i could see my son’s side profile (though he didn’t notice me) and to save myself; i convinced this guy to take me into his bedroom so my son couldn’t see anything and so that we both could leave this place unharmed & in one piece. though i thought this guy didn’t know where i lived; he only knew where i worked…he showed up to my apt. like O.J. Simpson himself as I was making my son & I breakfast (it was a Saturday) the following day; and I had to open the glass kitchen door, because he was knocking so aggressively. He didn’t say much; but I knew why he was there. He was intimidating me in my own home. He must have stalked me or followed me from work and his sheer presence was his warning to me; before I could even get my wits about what I was to do next from the previous evening…..this guy had it covered. He was gorgeous to the naked eye. He had a legitimate business. He drove a fancy car. Dressed well, spoke well, we had plenty of conversation, and when I entered his place that fateful night: my life changed. I saw people differently after that. I didn’t make even a fifth of what he made. He was a commissioner’s son. He was educated. I felt he was a safe haven. He invited me over for dinner, with my son. But I figured out, my son was crucial to his plot. I never told anyone about it ’til today and to be frank, I wouldn’t have gained anything from bringing charges his way. Turns out this same guy, was arrested for pimping at some Georgian college (where he’s still currently banned.) Yes, he was black. But you know all I saw? I only saw he had money & power. That’s alot nowadays. His father would have just bailed him out as usual. But you know what else I saw? I saw him as a young boy, who had perhaps witnessed his own mother being raped by some strange man, who was unable to escape the grasps of her perpetrator, or even perhaps by his own estranged father. Yet worse, I saw the possibility that he too was raped at the hands of his mother’s boyfriend or boyfriends or husband. And then I saw the countless generations of Southern Black women that were raped by their white masters as their white mistresses sat idly by increasing their mulatto offspring. I think that history always repeats itself and unfortunately sex’s dysfunctionalism is alive and well today due to all the previous transgressions against man, woman, & mankind. When does it stop? He was the color of my capuccino & it took me back to the time of plantations and slavery. People, this is where it all stems from. These ass*&^% who did this to an 11 yr old girl, who unlike me, had no chance of escape, no recourse, no voice, no mother to hold her & apologize to her in a time of agony, no friends, no community to uphold her rights as a victimized child: need to pay their dues regardless of athletic talents, skin color, past societal confusion, and any other form of excuse –even if someone else screwed them up so much so that it would be okay for one second in their mind to have sex with someone who’s crying, screaming or whispering no, and being sexually abused in that manner. Sex hurts physically, mentally, & spiritually even when we’re adults. How can it not hurt an 11 yr old’s body to have prolonged sex with even one man or youngster, much less upwards of five? That’s crazy. Fuck your past hurts, man up & take it up the ass when you hit prison motherfuckers!
Blaming victims of rape is par for the course for many rape victims around the world, they are accused of being mentally ill, or loose, or wanting attention, dressing sexy, being provocative, asking for it. Look at the current case of Iman in Libya, she has been accused of being a prostitute, and mental, drunk etc etc.
As someone else suggested, a decent person does NOT rape!
would the story have been told differently had they been white? Doubt it, the writer seemed to have an was astonishing lack of empathy for the victim, and bias towards the perpetrators. This isn’t a unique example confined to one race or culture.
This family is suffering, as you mentioned. The mother has tumors in her brain and the father is out of work. The entire family has had to move to a new town, and they have nothing (not even beds to sleep on). I just left a little fund raiser for them in Houston. If you want to give any thing to this poor family, I found out about it at the Houston Chronicle’s website: http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/metropolitan/7503788.html
Have a question. How many of the rapist were black verses white.
All nineteen were black.
I think what is missing is not just how could these men and boys gang rap a child but lets just say for arguments sake that they all thought she was 18. Lets say she was a willing participant. The ultimate question should be to the parents of these “men” and boys as to what parents raised them to believe it is ok to have gang sex. Are these mothers proud of their sons for wanting to put their dicks in a woman right after some other boy has. That is disgusting in and of itself. Unfortunately this is the same age old mentality that men and boys can’t control themselves. That is why extreme Muslim women have to be covered from head to toe. Men are not to be held responsible for their actions. It is simply a sad day. In the end it is not the race that matters. It is the insanity of the crime and the belief that it could be justified.
I think all these monsters & the monsters that are blaming the victim should be burned at the stake. I am so tired of victim blaming. The ones blaming the victim are just as bad as the ones that raped the victim and they should all be locked away for life.
I also think the the ones blaming the victim should be ganged raped themselves and see how they like when they are blamed for something they have no control over.
http://www.thepetitionsite.com/390/Justice-for-the-Victim/
I created the petition listed above in the hopes of getting justice for this poor girl. The idea that she could be responsible for bringing such a horrific thing upon herself is absurd. The petition signatures will be sent to the mayor of this town requesting proper punishment for all of these boys involved with the rape of a child. Please sign & pass along so we can at least try to help this poor little girl. Thank you.
I have one question are these people in this “close not community” STUPID or just plan dumb a Prostitute don’t deserve to be raped by 19-28 this is ridicoulous you can’t blame this child for what grown adult men did to her it doesn’t matter how she dressed, what she look like ,how she talked, where her mother and father was none of this matters ,think about if it was you or your daughter I hope these men and boys get the punishment they deserve and hope the names RAPIST&CHILD MOLESTER will be labeled on them for the rest of their lives .
I DNT CARE IF THE BOYS WERE BLACK,WHITE ,GREEN OR PURPLE THIS STORY MAKES ME SICK!!!!!! WHERE WERE THE PARENTS OF ALL OF THE YOUNG MEN INVOLVED?? DID THERE PARENTS TEACH THEM THAT RAPING GIRLS IS OK?THE WHOLE TOWN OF CLEVELAND TX HAS ISSUES IF THEY ARE BACKING THESE MONSTERS,PITTY THE POOR BLACK MEN,CAUSE SHE WAS OF A DIFFRENT RACE?I BET IF SHE WAS A BLACK GIRL AND THEY WERE ALL WHITE OR MEXICAN THE TOWN WOULD BE ON HER SIDE ,, THE WHOLE TOWN IS SICK!!!!!!!
“Having sex with an eleven year old is WRONG.”
The stinking Jewish Talmud (Jewish law code and commentary) allows sex with 11 year olds.
And UNDER. It permits sex with 10 year olds if a tampon (wad of wool) is used to prevent pregnancy, as a girl shouldn’t get pregnant when only 10. No tampon required if she is UNDER 10!?!?!?!?!?
Wonder where this perversion and degeneracy comes from?
Wonder why popes ordered all the Talmuds that could be found to be piled up and burned?
Don’t believe it when you are told that the Babylonian Talmud is ancient history and no Jew goes by it anymore. There are more rabbinical students studying Talmud now than ever before.
There is also a Jerusalem Talmud that is not as long and detailed. After Cyrus, emperor of Persia (Iran) let the Jews go back to Jerusalem after Persia conquered Babylon and ended the Babylonian captivity, most of the rabbinical students and schools stayed in Babylon, therefore the largest Talmud was developed there.
Talmud means “teachings received by a disciple,” according to the Encyclopedia Judaica.
Of course Jews have no monopoly on perversion and degeneracy. Every people is infected with it. The Jews have just written about and discussed it more than others.
“That is why extreme Muslim women have to be covered from head to toe. Men are not to be held responsible for their actions.”
In Islam men who are proven to have raped are required to be killed. Unless the woman or girl is a war captive.
Islam requires the girl to be at least 9 years old as that is how old A’isha was when he consummated his marriage to her. A man is permitted to have sex only with his wife, concubine or slave.
They do have a temporary marriage in which he “marries” a whore, has her for the night, and then divorces her in the morning, but many Islamic spiritual leaders denounce such abuse of apparent “loopholes” in Islamic law.
I used to have a Babylonian Talmud and read all the sick shit in it. So I know personally that it has the perverse, evil trash in it.
I finally couldn’t bear having it in my house any longer and gave it away to a history professor.
here we go again race.race was played on so much in the o.j.trial people for got the victims.i pray they have the right animals.i pray what happened in n.y. with jogger doesnot happen here.if the little girl was orange purple and naked they had no business raping this kid.how on earth could anyone do this?iam a black grandmother of five boys.i have told them if your so called friends are ploting to do wrong you bring your black ass home.i have told them this so much they can repeat it verbetim.it takes five minutes to get into trouble and a life time to get out.now we must pay to protect these monsters.let the inmates give them their punishment.it is well deserved.if i had my way id stick a mop handle up their butt.see how they like that.i have made up a saying some men belong to THE DUMB DICK CLUB.i say this about politicans because they risk all they have for tits and ass.now these fools belong to the iam taking my ass to jail club may never get out of jail club.this is why some people donot report rape.they become the victim all over again.this is a very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very very serious crime.its just sicking.
the world we live in has become so insensative.the games our children play must realize that is a game and people arenot suppose to shoot and kill other human beings.they must not rape any one.i know people have the right to believe in GOD and not to believe in GOD now they come on t.v.and try to disprove the bible.we have raised our children to believe in GOD now some people want to take that away.with out spirital guidance things could get worst.man needs someting to keep him grounded.the human race is in very bad shape and the more we let our children just grow wild who knows if there will be a world left for them.this case has upset me so i had to stop watching the news everyday women and children come up missing.it use to happen, but not like now. everyday.yet politicans donot say anything about crime during their campagne maybe because they break the law just as much as the criminals.

umm i saw no where where it said the lil girl was black or any race really and guess what ya fuckin racist bitch whether the lil girl was white black red yellow or tan the cops still wouldnt have done shit the ppl still would blame the victim do u not realize how many black guys who rape and or beat the fuck out of white women get off w/o any punishment for their crimes? take o.j. simpson there was proof and many eye witnesses that attested to him beatin his wife nicole and even his kids testified to watchin daddy beat mommy yet he got off w/o punishment here in the current town i live in its 10-20 black guys per 1-5 white guys whn a fight goes down a group of 15 black guys teens and adults beat a white teen boy nearly to death and raped 2 white teens girls after beatin the girls into bloody submission on what the blacks called “beat whitey” night at the state fair yet they got off w/barely anythin the state fiar is no longer safe for white ppl to attend cuz of this shit and the white people dnt even instigate any of it they advertise about “beat whitey” night weeks ahead of the incident whn ppl report the posts to the cops the cops say its just shit talk n dismiss it even whn shit hit the fan n the blacks atttack white ppl for no reason those who speak out of outraged are screamed racist at and told to shut upblack have the most racist population ive seen and the worst sense of entitlement ive seen gimme all your money your car and your house if u dont yer RACIST!! ppl dnt speak up enuf for fear of bein screamed “RACIST!!” at even the judges let them off cuz they scream “RACIST!!!”
Ummm dude, paragraphs…
So apparently, white people are so weakened by the fear of being accused of racism, that they’ve become impotent in terms of seeking justice? Perhaps that says more about you than it says about “entitled” black criminals?
